Please note all fees are in Australian Dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).  Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying GST on registration fees and accommodation.

VISA or Mastercard are accepted only. Please note that when you pay by credit card, LASCH Pty Ltd will appear on your statement.
Pay upon receipt of invoice
Please advise if you require a tax invoice to facilitate payment and Conference Logistics will forward this to you by email within 5 business days.

Acknowledgement / Communication

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within 5 working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder prior to contacting the Conference Secretariat as it might have been viewed as SPAM mail by your spam filter.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to the Conference Secretariat. If you do not supply an email address your confirmation letter and tax invoice will be faxed or posted.
When you register online you will be provided with an access key. This will enable you to log in to the delegate zone to edit your details up until the conference.

Cancellation

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the COLA 2015 Conference after submitting their online registration are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to conference@conlog.com.au. Cancellations received before 31 July 2015 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 31 July 2015 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
